PLA / BioPBS Coated Paper / Paper Board
Our PLA/ BioPBS coated paper and paper boards are a great plastic-free alternative for brands looking to make a planet-conscious difference. In addition, our PLA/ BioPBS coating’s optimum barrier properties, heat resistance and sealability make them run smoothly on FFS machines designed for LDPE coated paper/ paperboard.
PLA / BioPBS Coated Cupstock Board
Our specially designed BioPolymer extrusion coating plant employs bio-based and compostable PLA (Polylactic Acid) as well as BioPBS (Poly Butylene Succinate) coating on cupstock boards, upping the sustainability quotient of users, retailers and cup manufacturers that use them. It provides an environmentally friendly option to LDPE coated paper cups. In addition, our PLA/ BioPBS coated cupstock board is compatible with all kinds of cup-converting machines & provides perfect sealability on these conventional machines.
