Innovation-led products for a circular economy

A departure from the traditional linear model, our packaging product repertoire expands on the circularity concept. From design to raw material procurement to manufacturing, every process is optimised to minimise waste and keep the products in use throughout their lifecycle without ending up in any detrimental capacity in nature.

Our sustainable methodology focuses on offering packaging that stays in the economy without contributing to waste. Our ultimate goal is to reduce the dependency on traditional non-renewable sources like crude oil and feed the supply chain with bio-based raw materials that are easily renewable, reusable, and recyclable.

Compostable

Our compostable packaging products tick all the performance criteria that make plastic ‘made from nature’ an appealing option. Unlike its fossil-based counterpart, it breaks down into elemental components, becoming one with nature instead of working against it.

Suvjay's bio-based solutions are premised on single-use, realising the closed-loop system. So products which will have end of life and can’t be recycled will be made from raw material that’s biodegradable and compostable so that after disposal, it would degrade and will be composted, enriching the soil. As a company committed to sustainable packaging, we continuously seek innovative ways to reduce our dependence on natural resources. The starting point in this trajectory has been the manufacturing of products recyclable in nature, which can be reprocessed as PCR to create new products after use. Furthermore, we incorporate PCR (post-consumer recyclate) with virgin raw materials to develop eco-friendly packaging solutions.

Doing so also enables us to introduce reprocessed and recycled components into the supply chain, eliminating the need to extract from non-renewable sources. The following products encapsulate our recyclable values:
